Do I need to set up an account with Banana Bender to shop online?
No, there is no requirement to set up and account to be able to purchase from our online store. Can I cancel my order?
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Banana Bender can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Banana Bender reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee where we are unable to retrieve the package from our delivery service.
What currency do Banana Bender use?
All prices have a default display in Australian Dollars, including GST.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card payments using VISA or MasterCard (credit or debit cards), the transaction will appear on your statement as Ignatenko Investments Pty Ltd ATF Ignatenko Family Trust. We are also pleased to offer PayPal as an alternative payment method, the transaction will appear on your statement as Troy Ignatenko. Your card/PayPal account will be debited once the order is placed. you will also receive a tax invoice confirming order success. If you prefer to order via phone, you can contact us Monday to Sunday 9am - 5.30pm on (07) 4125 2433.
How secure is my credit card and personal information?
Your security while shopping online with Banana Bender is extremely important to us, and we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times. All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure, using 128 bit SSL encryption. What size range does Banana Bender cater for and how do I pick my size? Our sizes range from 6 - 20 or XS to 3XL. Check out our ‘Style Guide’ which shows Australian sizes in cm and includes some useful tips on how to take your own measurements.
Does Banana Bender offer layby?
We sure do! Laybys can be made in-store (unfortunately laybys are not available online). See below for LayBy terms and conditions: Sale items are not eligible to layby. 20% deposit applies to all layby purchases Regular payments are required every 14 days from date of purchase to keep your layby active. All laybys are to be finalised and paid in full within 6 weeks from date of purchase. Payments are to be made at the store where layby is held. Goods not collected within 6 weeks will be returned to stock and the layby will be cancelled. A cancellation fee of $2.00 applies to all laybys. Where a layby is cancelled, the purchaser has the right to a full refund less the $2.00 cancellation fee. Please present your original receipt for a refund. A maximum of 4 laybys permitted per customer at any one time.
Will Banana Bender hold items?
We sure will! Banana Bender will hold full priced garments for a maximum of 3 days in-store. Unfortunately you cannot ‘hold’ or reserve products online. Sale items are not able to be ‘held’, as they are too hot to handle!
How do I use a discount voucher/promotional code?
At the checkout stage, enter your voucher/promotional code in the field ‘Voucher Code’ and click on the ‘apply’ button; your total has now been adjusted accordingly.
How do I conduct a search on your site?
In the top RHS of the screen you will see ‘Enter search term’. Simply enter your search requirement/s and hit enter.
Do you have a club with special promos and releases?

Can I create a wishlist in my account and send to my friends/relatives for present hints?
